The only music you'll be playing is the music you create, with the help of a collection of twenty-three simple 1-page Visuals (called Creator Sparks) provided in your membership. No reading sheet music needed. Choose from happy, sad, moody, folksy vibes (and more!). Each Spark has multiple viewing options so even beginners can quickly get the hang of it. We'll give you just enough structure to sound amazing while you get all the credit for what you create.

Join our Monthly "Spin the Spark" LIVE SESSION. Create in real-time with Kimberly, creator of the Creator Spark Collection and The Spark Room. No preparation needed (separate sessions for adult and youth provided). Camera shy? Mute/camera off are always options. 😉

Ask questions whenever you're stuck on a Spark. We also have Mini Coaching Sessions and Orientations so you'll have all the support you need to create your own piano music and play with confidence.

We created The Spark Room with every age in mind. Adult? We got you. Youth? You'll have your very own space to explore. Students who are too young to play in traditional lessons (hands too small, short attention span) are welcome to join with a loved one and play as a duet (2 players)! What matters isn't your age or skill level, it's that you love the way the piano sounds and you want to be able to sit down and play using your own imagination. We'll provide the resources to help you make it sound amazing!

Hi Friend, thank you for checking out The Spark Room! I want to extend my heartfelt invitation to join me in The Spark Room, even if it feels like a stretch or your unsure if you'll like it. I created this special grand opening offer so you can come and try it with no strings attached (except maybe some piano strings if you have one of those rare real pianos 😉). No matter how long you stay, I believe you'll gain more piano freedom than you had before. And maybe...you'll enjoy it so much you'll want to stay. Either way, I truly believe it'll be a win for you!
I also want to take a moment to share a little behind the scenes with you. I've been composing, teaching, performing, recording (and so much more) for...well...decades. While I've loved the broad range of my creative projects, I've always dreamed of having a creative "home". A place we can come together, create, learn, connect, and still have plenty of time and space to be in our own little creative nooks (by ourselves). And to be honest, all of this without having to leave the house or change out of our pajamas if we don't want to.
A place where our hearts are more important than hitting all the right notes. Selfishly - a place I can pour my love for the piano into that also helps me make a living at music without having to live the life of a traveling performer. Selflessly - a place that anyone who has a love of the piano can afford and be supported in their piano playing, creativity and self expression.
I've dreamt up The Spark Room the exact same way I've dreamt up new piano compositions. With inspiration poured onto every part of it, love in my heart, thousands of hours, dollars, and resources that I ahem...may or may not have (in order to pay business expenses, run software etc), and honestly more than anything, pure joy and fun. Life can feel serious. Like we have to be perfect to be accepted. I just want a place where being ourselves is perfect enough. From the bottom of my heart, I invite you to join The Spark Room and create with me - music, memories, and a touch of magic in all we do. ✨
